Is Royal You Med Spa open for walk-ins?

No. We are open by appointment only to ensure personalized, private care for every client.

Hi, I’m Dr. Emilia Ruiz, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 14 years of clinical experience. I’m proud to bring a compassionate, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth approach to aesthetic medicine—where feeling confident in your skin is just as important as looking your best.

I grew up right here in the Midwest, where I learned the value of hard work, honesty, and treating everyone with kindness. Those same values have shaped the way I care for my patients today. After more than a decade practicing internal medicine, I founded this med spa Madison WI to combine trusted medical care with advanced aesthetic treatments that deliver natural, beautiful results. I take pride in offering services that are safe, evidence-based, and always tailored to your unique goals—because no two people (or skin stories) are the same.
